    PEOPLE:

    Zeke Lindsay

Zeke became passionate about beer in 1999 as a pub staff employee with a local microbrewery.  He was sucked in to this industry governed by enthusiastic, creative, driven, and irreverent individuals. Zeke's down home charm and crafty smile have served him well in both taprooms and meeting rooms.  How do you think he got the name “Rodeo Willie”?

  • PEOPLE:

    George Dimeo

George is all about the beer. From brewing beer to drinking beer to selling beer to knowing about beer, George is the man. He started with Maletis Beverage as a merchandiser and has continued to move through the channels into what is now one of Maletis Beverage’s most knowledgeable beer aficionados. Ask him about his family; he will light up!

    Brian Shafer

Brian graduated from Linfield College with a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing, only because they didn't offer a degree in Beerology. He worked for Pepsi in Portland for 12 years as a salesman before he felt he was mature enough to start selling beer. He is approaching his fifth year with Maletis and still can't believe he gets paid to sell beer. He has a wife, two boys, and dog and a cat, and none of them drink beer.

It was originally quoted that Chelsey did an okay job at the Front Desk. So good, in fact, that Chelsey found herself running Utility Sales Routes and was then awarded her own Sales Route. Wanderlust took over and Chelsey packed up and headed Southwest where she worked and started a Masters Degree program. She missed us so much that she moved back and is a Sales Pro for the Majors in SW Washington AND finished her Master's Degree! Now for a little This or That from Ms Parker: her answers underlined!

    Darrick Jacobs

What comes to mind when you hear ‘Renaissance Man’ A guy who hunts (not for skunks) and fishes but also likes to cook? The fellow who takes hunting scouting hikes in the woods and is also a big family man?  Meet Darrick Jacobs who keeps things going at the Vancouver Warehouse. He wears not just many but ALL the hats at Maletis WA; he has even CDL-trained a driver before he himself was old enough to be licensed!  His mantra of ‘do whatever needs done’ applies to work and home both. Darrick maintains 5 acres and even has a butcher shop and walk in cooler. BTW Darrick removed that dead skunk from in front of a lady’s house and she was so grateful. See what we mean? Renaissance Man!

    Clyde Lovejoy

Bump into Clyde at work and he will cause you to smile.    Always with an anecdote and a fresh photo on his phone to share. Clyde has just been employed by Maletis Beverage for close to 8 years and in that time, he has worked smart and moved up the ranks as a lead guy unloading precious vendor cargo. His forklift moves at rapid speed but that does not mean that he will not stop and say, “Hi Hon” and explain his latest weekend endeavors.  Speaking of weekend endeavors, Clyde has a myriad of extracurriculars.  He may spend time installing a brand-new engine into his 1965 Ford Fairlane or shopping Swap Meets for NASCAR collectibles. Once at a company Chili Cook Off, Clyde brought a platter of smoked chicken wings which would have taken first place had it been a meat/grilling competition! Thanks Clyde!
