JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: DISTRICT MANAGER (On Premise - Downtown)
MISSION: LEAD THE MARKET WITH QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SUPERIOR SERVICE THAT EXCEED THE NEEDS OF OUR CUSTOMERS.
GOALS:
- TO INSURE THAT MALETIS BEVERAGE IS VIEWED AS THE MARKET LEADER, CATAGOREY MANAGER, OR CONSULTANT IN EACH SALES TERRITORY IT SERVICES.
- DOMINATE THE COMPETITION AT THE POINT OF PURCHASE IN EACH ACCOUNT.
- CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE THROUGH EDUCATION. (W.I.L.)
- COACH ALL MEMBERS OF THEIR TEAM TO MAXIMIZE THE PERFORMANCE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SALES EXECUTION AND PERFORMANCE WITH IN THEIR SALES TERRITORY.
- SET AND MONITOR SALES AND MERCHANDISING GOALS FOR SALES TERRITORY AND OR OTHER AREAS OF REPONSIBILITY ASSIGNED TO THE TEAM LEADER.
- COMPLETE EMPLOYEE SELF ASSESSMENT AND UPDATE INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN THROUGH W.I.L. (DONE WITH THE SUPERVISION OF THE SALES MGR. EACH YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT)
- COMPLETE EMPLOYEE SELF ASSESSMENT AND UPDATE INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN THROUGH W.I.L. FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE SALES TEAM. MONITOR AND DOCUMENT PROGRESS OF I.D.P. THROUGH ALL A BOARD, TEAM SELL, AND ANNUAL EVALUATION PROCESS.
- MAINTAIN AN ACCOUNT CALL FREQUENCY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AB EQUITY AGREEMENT. TURN IN RECAP QUARTERLY TO SALES MANAGER.
- MAINTAIN A CALL FREQUENCY WITH KEY PRINCIPALS, CONTACTS, AND OR BUYERS WITH IN SALES TERRITORY.
- MAINTAIN AN ALL A BOARD / TEAM SELL FREQUENCY WITH TEAM MEMBERS IN ACCORDANCE COMPANY REQUIREMENTS.
- MONITOR ROTATION OF PRODUCTS TO INSURE PRODUCT QUALITY AS PER COMPANY POLICY. (SHELF, DISPLAY, AND BACKSTOCK BACK BAR, AND OTHER STORAGE AREAS.)
- MAINTAIN PROPER COMMUNICATION WITH SALES TEAM AND MANAGEMENT AS TO MARKET CHANGES, OPPORTUNITIES, AND COMPETITIVE ACTIVIY WITH IN HIS OR HER SALES TERRITORY.
- MAINTAIN PROPER COMMUNICATION WITH BOTH DELIVERY AND MERCHANDISING RESOURCES THAT SUPPORT HIS OR HER SALES TERRITORY.
- MONITOR ALL SALES AND MERCHANDISING ACTIVITIES WITH IN THEIR TERRITORY TO IN SURE COMPANY SALES AND MERCHANDISING STANDARDS ARE BEING MAINTAINED.
- MONITOR AND SET DISTRIBUTION GOALS ON ALL PRODUCTS TO BE EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN THE COMPETITION AND OR AS SET BY MANAGEMENT.
- MONITOR SHELF SPACE TO INSURE IT IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR CURRENT MARKET SHARE, MARKET GOALS, AND COOLER OR SHELF SCHEMATICS. (SET GOALS FOR INDIVUAL SALES TERRITORIES)
- REVIEW S.M.A.R.T. GOALS PRIOR TO TEAM SELL EVENTS AS TO INSURE THE TIME IS UTILIZED TO GAIN SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SALES REPESENTATIVES TERRITORY.
- PROPERLY DOCUMENT ALL INFORMATION ON ALL ABOARD EVENTS TO INSURE SALES PROCESSES ARE BEING COMPLETED AND TIME TO SELL CAN BE ANALYZED FROM THE ALL ABOARD DOCUMENT.
- RECAP ALL TEAM SELL AND ALL ABOARD EVENTS WITH IN 24 HRS OF THE OCCURANCE.
FORWARD RECAPS TO SALES MANAGER.
- MONITOR SURVEY INFORMATION AS REQUESTED OR REQUIRED BY MANAGEMENT TO INSURE ALL TIMELINES ARE MET. (I.E. W.E.A.R.S. AND ANY OTHER SURVEY REQUESTED)
- REVIEW SALES PAY FOR PERFORMANCE DOCUMENTATION WITH EACH TEAM MEMBER TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT.
- REVIEW SALES REP PAY FOR PERFORMANCE DOCUMENTATION WEEKLY FOR ACCURACY AND FORWARD TO SALES MANAGER
- MAINTAIN PERSONAL VEHICLE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION AND APPEARANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MALETIS BEVERAGE CAR POLICY AND AB QUALITY IMAGE AGREEMENTS. FORWARD VEHILCE MILEAGE RECORDS TO OFFICE MGR AT THE END OF EACH QUARTER.
